After dealing with around 10 companies who purportedly were specialists in replacing conservatory roofs and having a mixture of nil replies, misinformation and ridiculous fees (both low and high) presented it has been a refreshing change to deal with a company who provided clear information, excellent customer service (both administratively and on site) and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Good showroom. Tom and James are very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and show me examples of the different products. They offered advice throughout the decision making and kept me up to date without ever being pushy. Installers Josh and Steve were very friendly and showed great attention to detail throughout the installation. They started when the said they would and completed the works on time. They clearly take pride in the quality of their work and that is really appreciated. It was a pleasure dealing with PDS from start to finish and I am really pleased with the result. PDS recently fitted a new front door on my home. They were really approachable and communicated throughout. Their showroom meant I could see what I was buying and speak to someone in person to get the best price!

PDS fitted a new door for me and provided a fantastic service from start to finish. I started by designing my own door, then submitting for a quote. Jo was straight back with a really competitive quote, arranged a survey with James who answered all my questions, rang me back when I made a mistake with colour on my design. Got a fitting date, Steve and Tom who fitted the door were super friendly and did such a great job. Went back to Jo, regarding some extra keys and she was happy to order me some more.I love my new door, I have recommended PDS to 2 friends already and am now saving up for new windows!

Really happy with the service received from PDS Windows, from start to finish. From Jo in the office, to James who came out to survey the door and to the installation boys - first class. They took time to clear up after themselves and improved the look of the door on the inside as the previous installation was a bit shoddy. Very pleased with the result. 100% recommend.

Had 4 new windows and a composite door installed and the quality of the products supplied is fantastic. the installation was done quickly and to an amazing quality. The 2 installers fitted everything to what I consider to be a very high standard, checking each item was as per requirements and finishing every detail, plus no mess was left behind. This is the second time we've used PDS Windows.
We initially had a new door fitted, then most recently a large bedroom bay window. On both occasions we've been very happy with the results. Our window fitters Steve and Tom were fantastic and worked extremely hard to avoid damaging our house render, something we'd had done a few years ago. We were so impressed with the results, you can't tell from the outside that a new window has been fitted at all, which was the goal. The window is a fantastic match to our other bay window and I have no idea how they managed to fit the surround and external windowsill with zero damage to the render. I'd highly recommend them and won't hesitate to return as a repeat customer or to refer them to friends/family.

Very pleased with my new windows. Your workmaen were polite, friendly and efficient. They were careful to protect my stairs and carpets and clear up all the debris etc. The gift basket was greatly appreciated. I would suggest that if unexpected event(s) occur to delay completion of an order, that contact is maintained . This would ensure that the customer is aware of what the situation is, and that you haven't ceased trading. I know that COVID was exceptional but over 4 months passed between payment and installation, with contact having to be made by me.

PDS Windows recently repaired our front door. They also installed a full set of new windows to our property some years ago and did a very clean and tidy job. They are really professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this friendly family business.
