This is the second time we've used PDS Windows. 
Very pleased with my new windows. Your workmaen were polite, friendly and efficient. They were careful to protect my stairs and carpets and clear up all the debris etc. The gift basket was greatly appreciated. I would suggest that if unexpected event(s) occur to delay completion of an order, that contact is maintained . This would ensure that the customer is aware of what the situation is, and that you haven't ceased trading. I know that COVID was exceptional but over 4 months passed between payment and installation, with contact having to be made by me. - 4/28/2022

Ordered and had two outside Solidor doors fitted 28/04/21..... and what a superb experience! The Solidor doors themselves are fantastic quality and would definitely recommend, love the slim profile. The purchase was smooth and what can i say about the fitting of the doors...far above my expectations. Steve & Devon were superb, you would not have known they had been it was that tidy when they left! Iwas really busy, but they checked with me before putting the standard brown sealant around the doors, as they clearly it would not go with my black and white theme!! We wanted a new front door so searched the “Which? Trusted Traders” website for the top rated windows & door companies in the Leeds area. We chose PDS Windows because their website was very user friendly, and the “design your door” feature enabled us to easily design the front door we wanted (a great feature, especially during the current times whilst the showroom is closed). We submitted the design (a Saturday) and received the quote the following Monday. (Another local firm had a similar “design your door” feature, but it took a week to receive a quote – which was only a one liner telling us the price!) Jo in the office answered the various questions we had on email, and when James came to measure up it was very useful to be able to actually look at the colour and glass swatches. Our old front door had a very high lip/step at the bottom, which was a bit of a “trip hazard”, and we agreed with James’ advice to go for a door with a very low lip as there are also stairs leading up to the front door. When the door was fitted, a month later, the fitters arrived on time, were very friendly, and finished in under 2 hours, having done an excellent & tidy job. They showed us exactly how the LockLock handle/locking system worked, and told us to get in touch if there were any teething problems. The little gift hamper they left us was a lovely touch. Overall we are very happy with the front door and service we received, and would highly recommend the company. - 8/28/2021

I recently purchased a front door and pantry window from PDS. They were really helpful, particularly Marcus in the office running through endless permutations for my front door! The initial installation went smoothly, although it was noticed that the patterned glass in the front door had been supplied from the manufacturer slightly crooked, and the team returned promptly to resolve this. They were courteous and did a thorough clear up job on both occasions. I am pleased to have received my documentation for the DGCOS ombudsman scheme, as well as certification of Building Regulations compliance promptly. - 1/04/2020

Unbelievable service!! I have used PDS windows on a few occasions now, one being for a customer of mine and one being a supply only on a Large Solidor my company fit. Over both occasions I gradually met the whole team, they were very welcoming and understanding and there seemed to be an amazing atmosphere in the shop.
